Equator Coffees, a specialty coffee wholesaler, is going green throughout its business operations. The co-founders, Helen Russell and Brooke McDonnell are using sustainable farming practices to grow their coffee cherries by partnering with local farmers in developing countries. On their site, they also have a smart coffee roaster that burns 80 percent less natural gas than a traditional coffee roaster and a food composter that turns excess coffee waste into fertilizer.

RE: Smart coffee roaster burns 80% less carbon
I'm happy that folks are actively doing something about energy
conservation, and I looked forward to see what they're doing.

But what I saw in the video was an uninformative "aren't we neat"
hype video. My grandmother would have said "all hat and no
cattle?".

A waste of my time.

Not to mention driving off in a van only about 10% loaded.

reener and more energy efficient way
A greener and more energy efficient way to roast coffee is great news. We need things like this one nowadays. Maybe you could provide more text explanation or information on how Equator Coffees? smart coffee roaster could burn 80% less natural gas than a traditional coffee roaster and how its food composter could turns excess coffee waste into fertilizer. We should all understand the technology they are using, and this is the only way to really know their going environment-friendly isn?t just an empty claim.
