Good idea, but the price is way off.
$91/sq foot? $350,000 for a factory built modular home with recycled material?

Maybe when the volumes go up on these the price will go down...but it better be under $50/sq foot for the kind of material and method used otherwise it ain't worth it except for maybe California buyers.
