Bill Gates: Mobile phones more important than PCs for poor nations

At UC Berkeley, Microsoft chairman and philanthropist Bill Gates discusses how technology can be best utilized in developing countries. He says getting PCs to the world's poor is pretty low on the priority list, but that cell phones could be useful as a means for banking and getting some health care-related diagnostic tests.
