Wind energy involves the use of wind turbines to convert kinetic energy into mechanical energy that is used to produce electricity. Turbines can be used for applications large and small, from battery charging and auxiliary power to grid-connected "farms" for commercial electric power.
Can a new battery reinvent the idea of a rechargeable battery? Call it Cambridge crude. It could make refueling as easy as getting gas is.
