RE: How IBM is making the data center more energy-efficient
Sounds good, but what I did not see in the above information was talk of energy efficiency as it is delivered and the semi-conductor technology that exists. Reducing "skin effect" in conductors and thereby "conditioning" the power before it enters the data centers would be the first place that the green movement should start.
