One less horrific, but still measurable, outcome of the novel coronavirus -- one which hasn’t hit us all yet -- will be a staggering decline in disposable income. That was supposed to have been the fuel for jumpstarting the world’s transition to 5G Wireless. There’s a way that transition could be restarted, but it all depends on the willingness of nations’ governments to get more directly involved... and the willingness of their citizens to go along, Scott Fulton reports.
