Summary:
Does what it says on the box
I like:
The fact you don't have to worry about batteries
I don't like:
The noisy crank, the crummy screen, the late 90s interface
Review

I really liked the idea of this on paper -- the features list is really impressive -- but the execution didn't quite live up the hype for me. Although it does do everything it promises to do, the screen is really poor, the interface is clunky and the price is too high. That said, I have had a few times when it's saved my bacon by charging up my mobile phone. I don't know how ethical it is since I haven't visited the factory, but I do know it's quite green as I haven't plugged it into the mains yet
