Mine was DOA and so far no replacement has been shipped

I like the features. But mine arrived dead-on-arrival and the UK distributor has failed to honour their promise to send out a replacement unit and it's now been over four weeks. Every time I call they promise that "it's in tonight’s post" but nothing arrives. I'm worried that they are not honouring their warranty.
