These cottages are indeed of the affordable luxury variety, which we certainly like, but their green credentials are limited. Since they advertise themselves to be the first luxury sustainable holiday location, we're not too pleased.

The single-storey Aislabeck cottages are tucked beneath a wooded hillside overlooking the Swale Valley, a mile from the market town of Richmond.
