This kettle is a win-win for tea-drinking eco warriors -- it boils water instantly and prevents you overfilling the kettle, so you get to save cash and carbon

Summary:
Its heart is in the right place, but not quite
I like:
It produces a measured mug full of hot water. OK for coffee, packet soup, the visually impaired, etc.
I don't like:
It doesn't produce boiling water suitable for Tea. The lid rattles loudly.
Review

The first one I brought home, coughed and spluttered a mixture of steam and boiling water everywhere. Dodgy. It was replaced with a much calmer product, but with cooler water. After the first couple of weeks, the lid started to rattle during the dispensing process, so you have to rest your hand on the lid to keep it quiet.
