Burnt Sugar Sea Salt Caramel Crumbly Fudge Review

The Cholcolate Crumbly fudge version of this product tastes delicious and leaves a nice after taste. The pack must be designed for sharing as although it doesn't fill you up I don't imagine you could eat all 4 without being very sick. One piece is enough. Not great for people with dairy allergies or lactose intollerant though. I can usually get away with a fair amount of chocolate even if it contains some milk but the clotted cream and whole milk content of this product makes it a health hazard.

Good to see the use of fair trade sugar and the company are supporters of Book Aid.

In summary - tastes great - better than average fudge. Not really good for you with all that syrup and dairy (what were you expecting from sweets).
