We love that this little slice of all-year-round luxury comes with consideration to the environment and the people that made it. And although these goats are not left to the ravages of the depleting grasslands (which is good, because when they run out of food, they've been known to eat each others' hair down to the skin!), we'd like to see more formal guarantees on animal welfare.
