When we realised we had a great, pure, organic and animal-friendly face serum instead of an overly expensive cream for elderly women, we got pretty excited. Its halal, vegan, vegetarian and Soil Association certifications make it stand out from the rest of the products on the natural body care shelf. And it works really well, too. We would have liked to know more about the sourcing of the ingredients, though.

Saaf Pure Skincare's face serum could have been a prop in an episode of Dallas. It looks well expensive and not organic at all. Its black and gold exterior makes us think that it's a luxury product for wealthy, very grown-up women (are the PC police okay with that?) and not young, chic greenies. Superficial?
