This kind of research is long overdue.
An incredible amount of money and time was dumped into research on vaccine causes just because some actress blamed vaccines long after the connection had been discredited.
Research like this study done in 2007 indicated that even small amounts of innocent items can cause problems in children. That should have been the canery in the coal mine.

I am not worried about smoked food because it has been around for hundreds of years, but the Teflon deal is scary. That one alone could impact nearly 100 percent of the US population because of its extensive use in cooking.

What the hell
kind of article is this? Not even a blurb about these substances? Guess they don't pay Audrey much.

Cumbersome and time wasting
I do not mean to be rude, just pragmatic. A list identitying the 10 items, while old fashioned and unimaginative, would have ben more informative and wasted less of my time. The auto exhaust was to me, spectacularly uninformative.

It's toxins
To respond to the comment above on vaccines, this list of toxic chemicals is long overdue, but be aware that the vaccines also contain many toxins and heavy metals. Toxic overload is often the issue. Couple an overload of these items with lack of nutrients (raw material for body machinery), and you may have a person whose "body machinery" may not excrete the toxins well, so they build up and some last insult pushes the child over the brink, .
Too many parents and grandparents have literally "watched the lights go out" in their child even only a couple of hours after a vaccination to ignore these obvious concerns. No amount of misplaced and false intellectual assurance of the inherent safety of these toxic injected soups is effective in those frequent situations.

Move on. Please.
Must have missed this info. Both the UK and California banned the mercury preservatives you allude to over 20 years ago.
In fact all of the vaccine concerns were addressed by both the UK and California over 15 years ago. Long term studies just released reports that shoot down your argument.
In fact the instances of autism continued to rise in both areas decades after the mercury was removed and the combined shots broken up and vaccinations were put on rigid schedules to stagger them over a greater period of time.
In fact California still has among the highest rates of autism in the US.
Much of the emerging autism triggered by pollution research is being done in California and the UK because they have exhausted all other options. One concern is all of the pesticides used in Californias extensive agri-businesses.
When just a small exposure to lavender oil is found to cause growth problems in infant boys you may want to take a deep breath and consider this.
The aroma therapy candle next to that child, whos parents "watched the lights go out", may have done it or the laundry detergent they used to wash the kids onezies or the plastic baby bottles, or a hundred other modern conveniences our parents did not have may have done the damage.
What you have is a classic case of target fixation. You are still shooting long after it's dead. For the good of the kids, move on so we can find the problem.
And the sad part it there might be multiple causes which is why the autism spectrum is so broad.

Waiting for 10 or more advertisement heavy pages to load. With 3 meg connection it takes almost a minute for the pages to load. I'll google for the short version.
