Kepler MOTION

The MOTION, which boasts a 800-hp engine, is about to show that hybrids can be a real beast when it goes into production later in 2011. A supercar by any definition, it can 0 to 60 mph under 2.5 seconds and has a top speed over 200 mph.

does the claim that if everyone switched to hybrid or electric vehicles we could reduce greenhouse gasses 50% take into account the greenhouse gasses used to produced and ship the vehicles, included the extra emissions used to produce the hybrid and battery technology, as well as the increase in greenhouse gasses required kanald oyun

Undoubtedly not. It is a bit like all the recycling that entails more pollution than just dumping it. Of course governments don't want to upset manufacturers by telling them to stop using such wasteful packaging in the first place!
