Architects Herzog & de Meuron unveiled Le Project Triangle in 2008, but the project received approval in 2011 for construction in Paris, France. The structure will rise 200 meters from the Porte de Versailles, and will use its distinct shape to optimize solar and wind power generation. It's also the first high-rise to be approved in the city center since 1977. It's due for completion in 2017.

Where is the STARlight ??
Architects... use your genius to work with nature or get out!
Stop contributing to light pollution. It doesn't matter how "green" the lumens of light trespass and skyglow are created... the project is NOT green unless the sky above it is midnight blue and star-studded.
I see no glory in stealing stars from kids. Light pollution is needless, sad, harmful to people and nature, harmful to the environment and air quality, and easy to fix.
National Park Service study predicts by 2025 10% of people will EVER in their LIFEtime experience a starry night sky.
I hold the architects partly accountable. . . and the public for allowing it to happen.
Speak UP for lights DOWN.

A special tax on hybrids
A special tax on hybrids is regressive and counter-productive. Big Oil execs are going to be giving each other high fives if that insane bill passes. I always thought Oregon was a progressive state but I guess politicians are stupid everywhere kanald oyun kral oyun
