It was sunny and we were getting into the festival spirit the other day -- the perfect opportunity to try out the Myhab. It's a tent-like shelter made from recycled plastic and cardboard, and its whole reason for being is to provide an alternative to the cheap tents that thousands of UK festival-goers leave behind, condemmed to being dumped into landfill.
So we headed to Soho Square, where Myhab director James Dunlop showed us the ins and outs of the thing. He came up with the idea in uni, and has since created a whole service for festival-goers, setting up the Myhab beforehand and disassembling it and recycling it after use.
But we wanted to know how it's really greener than just buying a top-end tent and encouraging people to use it again and again. Plus, it's £240. Ouch. We find out what people really think in this video.
