We've got a mixed but exciting bag of goodies for you today with a look at the first-ever Fairtrade lollies, expensive but sustainable wardrobes, BBC's new green site, organic body scrub and free Easter eggs.
Fairtrade lollies
The ever-fair Co-op has made us look forward to warmer days even more than before by announcing that from 21 April, we'll be able to cool down with the first-ever range of Fairtrade smoothie lollies. Flavours include mango, banana and pineapple.
Green Valore for money?
Made from wood from European forests that are sustainably managed according to the International Protection of Species Act and without any toxic glues, stains or lacquers, this incredibly luxurious new range of Valore wardrobes (below) don't come at a cost to the environment. With prices starting at £4,500 that is just as well.
Scrubbing it all off
Cornish organic body care company Spiezia has just launched a new Soil Association-certified body scrub (above). With ingredients such as lemongrass and marigold and completely free of any chemicals it sounds perfect for scrubbing the winter blues away and getting us ready for spring. It comes in a very pretty, reusable (or recyclable) kilner jar.
BBC goes green
The good old BBC is keeping up with the zeitgeist and has just launched a good-looking green site with lots of interesting stuff for people of all shades of green to enjoy. We're glad to see the Beeb join us in the green space.
Easter treats
Online retailer Love Eco has a lovely well-designed Easter surprise in store for us in the form of the £12.49 legendary Chicken Doorstops. What's more, they come with a free organic Green & Black's Easter egg. Is that a treat or is that a treat?
