I'm a big fan of Dyson Airblade hand dryers, that dry your hands by the simple method of setting them on fire.

Nice that it's green and everything, but I can't help liking it because it's a clamshell phone that finally looks a Star Trek communicator.

That's like those crazy one-person train cars in silent movies. You'd have to wear a top hat and a twirly moustache to ride it.

They should make it red with a yellow roof like those pedal cars you had when you were a kid.

If you could connect them to you pedals you'd do the winding while you're riding. Tell you what, you can have that one for free, Trevor.

What genius thought of taking the name 'Gaus Wheel', which is certainly distinctive whatever you think of it, and changing it to the generic blandness of 'Magic Wheel'? What IS a 'magic wheel'? It sounds like something plastic you buy in a Pound shop. I bet the people at Segway never thought "ooh, Segway sounds a bit niche, let's call it... I know, the Wonder Thing."

Carbon footprints aside, how is it economical for shops to not switch their kit off every night? I find it very hard to believe they don't already do it. This seems like a bit of opportunistic green PR.

I used to keep my carrier bags in a cardboard box with a slit cut out of it to pull the bags out. Better than this money for old bags.

The Chocolate Alchemist 'Jewelled' Egg with Raspberry and Coconut is weird at first, but felt lighter than some of the others. Green & Black's Milk Chocolate Egg was lovely. Cadbury's was Cadbury's, incidentally the thinnest egg here.
