Call them and see if they let You buy a device that somebody else has given them. If they do sell it to You, then it's an ok company. If not, then they are just out to clear the market of used spareparts, which means that repairing devices will be either impossible, or very expensive (You have to pay for a brand new sparepart). That was about to happen here, but luckily we reacted in time, and now they have to publish lists of the equipment they get so that anyone needing a sparepart can buy it from them before the parts and devices are recycled as rawmaterial. So, keep Your eyes open and react in time.
