It has long been known that wearing a uniform makes people "act" the part.
So does this mean that kids should put on uniforms, something that sends the message that they are "students", and should act the part?

interesting idea
I do think there are some charter schools and other experimental schools that have had good success with uniforms. But, I suspect that another reason schools do it is to prevent children from being distracted by baubles or becoming jealous of/fighting with each other. However, now they know there could a good side effect: more attentiveness from the students!

Brain Power Uniforms?
It is interesting that doctor uniforms increase brain power since doctors are responsible for more deaths annually than any other reason by far. Doctors seem to think that they know more than everyone else but they make more errors than the weather men. Uniforms in school is probably a good idea, just don't make the uniforms appear to be doctors coats.
