Thanks, C.C. Very informative article. I like the idea of community environments that support collaboration between co-workers. But, what about the noise? My "traditional" office environment just switched from cubicles with walls to open workstations where everyone is visible at once. I am finding it difficult to concentrate on tasks requiring problem solving while my coworker is directly in front of me and speaking on the telephone. Any tips for our group for overcoming the noise problem? Thanks-
