I thought this economy pretty ho-hum until I realised it's 70 miles per
US gallon - 90mpg in Imperial. Much better. Looks nice, too.

Sales of Diesel Hybrid
I have heard that this is not available in the US because it would allow for citizens to pay less fuel tax and therefore the roads could not be maintained. Has anyone else heard this explanation and is it available for sale in the US?
