Sort of the: Starving Student Movers who make tuition $$
- Technical researchers can win $10,000 (but don't intend to have a life) ... to get $200,000 funding go to other countries - it is easier ...
For the US - "a video game project on their site raised over $2 million from the crowd" ..
that is why we are raising 'brain dead' people in the US.
