I've been trying to minimize my red meat intake for some time, now.
I'd say close to 80% of my breakfasts and lunches are vegan. Suppers definitely include meat, but my portions are now a bit smaller (5oz. or less). Plus, I include at least 1 serving of fish weekly, and more chicken overall.
Red meat is tough to completely eliminate, but I'm working on it!
