Guess what?
Life causes death. Things kill each other, and things die, it's a cycle. It happens.
I have to say I'm fairly tempted to call BS on the whole thing. Overall there's few studies that I bother to listen to any more. Call me jaded or cynical, I don't really care. But all too many are, quite simply, bought rather than truly scientific. And if they cannot tell us WHY there is the problem, there probably isn't. It's happened with smoking, and other things, and no, I am not a smoker. I do know of the BS behind the 'studies' on them.
But get a clue and a life people. The old saying goes, the only two guarantees in life are death and taxes. You are NOT going to live forever. You are likely NOT going to be healthy forever (considering you WILL die at some point). Guess what, STRESS shortens your life too. Probably more than red meat. Live your life, be intelligently safe with it, but HAVE FUN, else what's the point?
