I also have been thinking about company structure, especially when it is public company where interests are dictated by shareholders. It becomes a machine that puts shareholders' interests above people who work in the company. Even if people who lead and work there are normal, the company still exhibits psychopathic properties. As long as profit drives the company, it will be so and usually that's the situation with public companies.
So, what would be the ideal human company? It may not be possible in the current world. Maybe the one where service to others is a top priority?
