Organizations - Psychopathic
Something my spiritual teacher pointed out: most organizations exhibit psychopathic behavior. This is because the individuals who make the decisions are shielded from their consequences, but still largely free to act on their impulses. The result is that the organization behaves like a psychopath, not caring about the consequences of its self-centered actions. This applies to companies, which bizarrely have also recently been given the status of "people." With over 60% of hardened criminals in jail also diagnosing as psychopathic, can we lock up our large corporations? Government also qualifies for this diagnosis.
