I am happy that cities are encouraging composting. Alexandria, Va does not have composting as part of the waste management program as far as i am aware. I have taken composting into my own hands and its truly beneficial to my garden and my lawn and i encourage all my neighbors and friends to compost. I even made a video tutorial , on how to create compost in short easy steps! I cant wait until my city decides to include this wonderful environmentally safe practice into our waste managment.
