The media is so focussed on the triviality of Bollywood and other small pursuits that problems of infant mortality, unclean hospitals and lack of sanitation all around get ignored as does malnutrition and destitution. Nobody's fault really for this escapism because the public is so keen for entertainment and trivial pursuits. This is the debate, which has been raised in recent weeks in India - as to what should be the role of the media - where should the balance lie.

Did someone at some in sensitive hospital forget to tell him about "Penny Medical". Also If you aren't employed and have no means of paying for treatment the hospital will file the form and get reimbursed by medicaid.
