Downsizing to an eco-friendly home

It should just be normal to economize the space we live in. For most people small places are the norm because there is just not more space or too expensive. Great if someone has the luxury to have enough space in the backyard that a 2nd mall home can be bulit for the older folks. The idea is right. For the cottage - what is exiting abuout this, they are built to all sized and needs.

I agree, there is nothing exiting about this. It is a great business opportunity for this businessman but that's it. It only works for the 1 or 2%, the multi-million dollar California properties shown in the movie are not where 99% of us can afford living and building a cottage for the parents in the backyard is out of reach for most of us. I would do it if I could though.
