Report Offensive Message

There's about as much warmth and "let me stay here and never leave" factor as a kitty box. Where's the usability? Where's the storage? Perhaps they forgot to show us all the wonderful features but this is one time I think a fool and his money were parted. Perhaps this is the beginning of something really great but to me there's still a lot of room for improvement.
