It seems to be a browser thing. I had the same missing video problem using Firefox 901. I copy/pasted the url from Firefox and opened it in Opera and "voila", there was the video. Not sure what the problem was I tried to check out the Firefox settings but was unable to find the issue. I am not sure about Internet Explorer as I almost never go there.
