...even tho the article looks at other factors besides the EPA that dooms coal to an ever smaller piece of the pie, those who complain about the unnecesary EPA regulations needs to be sent that picture to remind them of what it used to look like not that long ago.

At the rate the cost of solar PV is dropping how much longer will coal be a viable power source? If coal had to pay the full cost of it's use including the externalities it would be too expensive to use even now.
