Just because the pilot doesn't announce "we are about to crash because of electrical interference", doesn't mean the pilots are not dealiing with something in the cockpit. Fortunately, most pilots can still take the plane off the ground even with some of this. At altitude, you can play with your electronics as long as you are not transmitting.
