I thought we learned....
I thought urban planners learned decades ago that putting low-income families in high-density, high-rise apratments is the road to failure, a haven for crime and drugs. Have these people forgotten the lessons of Pruitt-Igoe and Cabrini-Green.

There's a long ways between 1/4 of the units in 1 of several buildings & a purely low-income project.
