Why is it so difficult for you to think that there just might be a reason beyond money that is driving the climate change talks? Why do you seem incapable of seeing that there are many countries on the planet that are genuinely concerned about the dire consequences of continued rising global temperatures, increased acidification of the oceans, sea level rises, more extreme weather, etc?
And given this possibility, why WOULDN'T you want nations to talk about how to finance the considerable financial investments it will take to either prevent or prepare for those changes?
