As the algorithm goes then, there should be a constant hiring firing solution here. There is ALWAYS someone at the top as well as the bottom. There's always someone better than the best, eventually. That leaves an opening at the bottom for new human. Assuming that the system is, of course, because of the machine, at it's most efficient. That means that it is a static number.
