And it's ironic (or iconic) that it has to do with "global warming". This is not the first example of an article or paper from someone or somewhere less than credentialed working its way to the top. (IPCC reports and positions are full of embarrassing material like this)

Please don't take this personally Andrew; I know it's your job and all, but this is a good object lesson in the phenomenon.
