Kinda pricey
Most of us will opt for a $5 barrel, but truth be told, the stainless steel will probably hold value longer than the dollar so it is probably even a sound economic investment, for those with the dough.

Pricey
That's the understatement of the year --- but then it is designer! ---- where do you find $5.00 barrels --- in my part of the country $80 to $90 is the going price.

Yeah, $1,800 is quite a bit to capture a mere 58 gallons...
...but what better way for a urban hipster to look ecologically "correct"?

Capture of rain water is illegal in some states
http://www.groovygreen.com/groove/?p=3135
In some states in the USA, it is illegal to capture or even to reuse grey water.
So be careful where you use one of these things...you may not only pay out the nose for the designer barrel, but also when you pay your fine!

Amazing.
Could this be in the name of protecting local monopoly water suppliers?
