That certainly doesn't jive with my personal observations. I'd maybe draw the conclusion that wealth and opportunity to be pleasureably active out of doors on the beaches, boats, ski slopes etc. Or wealth linked to access to cosmetics, chemical peels, hair dye, etc. But height? Nah.
