Germs? Germs? How about in the guy's side when the urinals are full then the cubicals are used. However some guys think that they can aim or are too lazy to lift the ring. These ignorant, stupid or just don't care guys make a huge mess. Anyone following them wastes 10 feet of toilet paper wiping things down just so they can put some paper on the ring before sitting.

On the other hand the counters and floors are generally cleaner on the guy's side.
