In the 1950s and perhaps even later, the women's restrooms at rest stops on the Turner Turnpike in Oklahoma were equipped with urinals. My mother thought they were a real hoot but admitted they worked OK. From what I understand, they were porcelain and stuck out from the wall similar to urinals for men, though they stuck out much further and were narrow.
