Ohhh please.. check out Christchurch, New Zealand..
We have had two major earthquakes, the latter being 22 February, which has all but destroyed the CBD, not to mention badly damaged thousands of other buildings, and wrecked land.
Christchurch was not regarded as earthquake prone. Now there are faults turning up like bad relatives.
