How health IT aids the environment

We tried for many years to control the flow of patients records to the people who need to know what's on them. Computers are breeched all the time. The Play Station 3 has recently created huge difficulties for it's players. Players. Not sick people. If players wish to input their valuable credit info into a game player that is fine with me. But doing it with your credit info and health info is just madness. We used to breech the security all the time just to look up our friends and coworkers birthdays. We could have looked up any of their info. And almost every employee in the hospital had the skill and enough off hours free time to do the same. The hospital was not much worried about those breeches. It was a religious hospital and it was very busy in tracking down who was watching porno and complaining to the auxillary staff about it when 99% if the time it was the professional staff doing it. And the people in the offices say, "Oooh, aaaaah, myy goodness."
