        <description><![CDATA[You also need to look at geography and what green options work in your area.You may live between 2 hills and large pine forests as I do and cannot use a wind turbine because you cannot get permits for a 60 + foot tower.Or you may live near Seattle and average between 50 and 80 days of sun a year, which makes solar irrelevant.Going green is not a one size fits all solution for everywhere.  You have to work with what Mother Nature gives you.]]></description>

        <description><![CDATA[You can't turn on a television or pick up the Times without hearing about it.  &quot;An Inconvenient Truth&quot; has been shown in classrooms as fact for years.  One of my  nephews had a Christmas play about &quot;global warming&quot;.  This whole web site, and thousands of others are almost exclusively devoted to it.  I know people who think they know their &quot;carbon footprint&quot;, but can't tell me how much they pay in taxes. I really can't imagine how we could have more &quot;education&quot; on the topic than we have now.]]></description>
