Why should I pay $30,000.00 for a golf cart?

I have an OLD comfortable car that gets 18-20mpg. If I got 5ompg in line with the hype I would "save" 30mpg or $.20 per mile.. At $4.00 per gallon I need to drive a lot of mile to pay for the golf cart.
