I agree to IMWeira. I have to see it working before I believe in it. If we can get higher efficiency than Carnot we would indeed have perpetual motion.

Anyway. 60% is lower than Carnot efficiency in a regular combustion engine. Could be possible in theory. But even Stirling engines have problems to get close to this.
