light rail lines that no one will ride because where they go does not support the capacity. Plus, if not subsidized the one way ticket would be about $12.50. they're going to charge $4.50. Guess who the suckers are that are being taxed....the people who can't or have no reason to ride to nowhere.. You are EXACTLY correct about the annointed and the boondoggles it begats.
