        <description><![CDATA[We are very dumb Americans! Want proof when it comes to a high speed rail system? Well then read the article above &quot;China unveils world?s fastest bullet train&quot; to learn that the Chinese with a much lower cost of labor, etc. are going to spend 120 billion dollars on their system and that is what it will take over there today. However, in the Good Old USA most of us are still living in the 19th century and believe that we can do it for less even with a much higher cost base. Go figure!]]></description>
